Starting therapy — for yourself, your child, or your family — can feel intimidating, especially if you've never done it before or haven't found the right fit in the past. Here's what you can expect when you work with me.
We start with a free 20-minute consultation. No paperwork, no commitment — just a conversation to see if we're a good fit and to answer any questions you have before we begin.
From there, your first full session is about getting to know each other. I want to understand where you are, what's brought you here, and where you want to go. We'll begin building goals together from the very first appointment.
Every few sessions we'll pause to review progress — so you always know where you are in the process and can decide when you're ready to take the next step.
