Individual sessions run approximately 50 minutes. Couples and family-inclusive sessions may vary depending on what your family needs. At times we may decide together that an intensive session of longer length is necessary.

I’m a private-pay practice. Your insurance plan may have out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means your insurance will reimburse you for a large portion of our session cost. If you do have OON benefits, I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. They will take care of submitting and managing the claims for you, so you don't have to worry about submitting superbills. Once you meet your deductible, you also have the option to pay a reduced fee for our sessions, instead of needing to pay my full rate and waiting for a reimbursement check. I believe everyone deserves access to quality care. If cost is a concern please bring it up during your consultation and we'll talk through what options may be available.

I ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or repeated cancellations will be charged to the card on file. This policy helps me keep appointments available for families who need them.
